The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) reported that two of its firefighters were injured while they were responding to a fierce fire that gutted a two-storey, eight-room building at Adjiringano near Ability Square yesterday. It said one of the injured officers was stabbed during the operation.
GNFS posted on its social media platform that it has received a fire call 09:32 pm on Friday, November 14, 2025, and the first pump from the Legon Fire Station arrived at 10:03 p while it received reinforcement from the Madina, National Headquarters and Adenta Fire Stations.
However, during the respond to the fire two (2) of its firefighters sustained injuries – one from a stabbed to the left arm and another from a falling block that struck his left shoulder.
