MultiChoice Ghana launches GOtv SUPA in Tamale

The MultiChoice Group has officially launched the GOtv SUPA package in Tamale in the northern region for the best and an exciting viewing experience for its cherished customers in Ghana. The new bouquet contains 60 plus channels carefully created for every member of the family.

The Marketing Manager of the Pan African Pay-TV in Ghana, Mercy Clottey, in a brief welcome address said, “As a business, customer feedback is very important for us and forms an integral part of our decision-making process as we design and develop new packages and offers for our customers.”

“We cannot keep calm about these exciting Fila we’re bringing to the market for Christmas and the New Year” she indicated.

In his submission, Mr Nii Amah Dagadu, the Corporate Affairs Manager of MultiChoice Ghana thanked the various stakeholders for their continuous support to the brand, saying that, “As Africa’s most loving Storytellers, MultiChoice believe your support is key in driving our business to the top.”  

He asserted that, “At MultiChoice, we place our customers at the heart of everything we do and this means we continuously looking for ways to make our customers experience at every touch point stress-free, memorable and pleasurable.”

According to Nii Dagadu, the new GOtv SUPA Package comes with more content and richer varieties, stating the new bouquet will sit above the GOtv Max package and boost of 60 plus channels including Akwaaba Magic and all different films category in Ghana.

“The Pan African lifestyle channels that features great content from all over the continent, a dedicated WWE channel which we realize a lot of Ghanaians like our WWE entertainment, African Magic Urban which our GOtv customers have been asking for a long time now – a one hundred percent Martial Arts channels that runs 24/7 on the GOtv SUPA package and the children have not been left out.”

The GOtv SUPA bouquet was announced on November 1, 2021, and the Corporate Affairs Manager indicated the package has received some positive reviews on the content and today it is a thrilling experience for subscribers.

Meanwhile, Mr Nii Amah Dagadu stated customers who subscribe to the GOtv Max from the 1st to 31st December, 2021, will be further upgraded to the new GOtv SUPA package at no cost to them, emphasizing this is the small thank you given to the consumers of the GOtv brand.

No new prices

However, he announced the MultiChoice Group would not be introducing new pricing for various models until September 2022, adding, it is just a way to cushion their customers for just a good time so that they [Customers] can also plan their economic lives.

He explained some years in the past what would happen as the currency keeps changing were also adjusting our prices and unfortunately however, it created an impression for us that we’ve always increasing our prices even though possibly an increase would happen once every year or sometimes twice a year.
