Independent presidential candidate and leader of the New Force Movement, Nana Kwame Bediako, has congratulated former President John Dramani Mahama on his success in the 2024 elections.
Speaking at a press conference in Accra today (December 9), Mr. Bediako acknowledged that while the new government had achieved success, there is still much work to be done.
As a result, he said he was ready to support Mr Mahama’s administration adding, “We are having some crises and we should never expect anyone from outside to solve them. It must be done by us,
“Whatever they need me for and whatever I can do to contribute to this country just count me in.
“I’m here to contribute anything to make this nation a better place and to support him in any way that I can,” he said.

The New Force Movement leader further expressed appreciation to Ghanaian for the support he received during the elections
“It is not easy for people to give me the vote that can only be paid for, but you gave me without paying anything .
“We are not the new force without Ghanaians, Ghanaians made us. You did not give up on me and I’m so grateful,” he said adding that he will also not give up on the public.”
“I will always stand by you, I don’t want you to give up because I’ll never give up”, he added.
