A taxi driver who reportedly took aphrodisiac for a ‘marathon’ sex with his girl friend has died.
He is said to have gone unconscious during the sexual intercourse with his girl friend at a guest house in Kasoa in the Central Region.
He was put in a taxicab and rushed to a hospital in Kasoa where he was pronounced dead after doctors were unable to resuscitate him.
The incident happened on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Kasoa Akweley.
Identified as Akwasi Yeboah, aged about 30, he was married with two daughters.
According to his work colleagues [tax drivers], he had been dating a corn dough seller aside his wife for a while but never got the opportunity to have sex with her.
On the said day of the incident, the girl agreed to have sex with him and they booked a guest house for that purpose.
Akwasi Yeboah reportedly confided in some of his colleagues [taxi drivers], that Sunday was the ‘match day’ for him since the girl he had been ‘toasting’ for a long time had finally agreed to have sex with him.
He reportedly went in for the aphrodisiac and confided in his colleagues about his intentions for a ‘marathon’ sex.
Akwasi Yeboah is said to have passed by the house to inform his wife that he was going out that reportedly resulted in an altercation with the wife, since she opposed the idea of Akwasi going out.
He reportedly succeeded in outwitting the wife and left her with his two daughters at home.
While at the guest house with his lover, he reportedly became unconscious during sex and fell down from the bed.
The girl quickly alerted the management of the guest house and they rushed him to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead after attempts to resuscitate him failed.
The incident has since been reported to the police for investigations.
