Nigerian Afrobeat star Teniol Apata, who is popularly known as Teni, is advising her followers and everybody to be mindful of their eating habits and take good care of themselves in order to keep her in good shape. .
In a recent video she shared on her social media, Teni in her sweaty look expressed pain and frustration for having to deal with excruciating exercise routines which has almost pushed her to the edge of considering a BBL.
According Cleveland Clinic BBL surgery, or Brazilian Butt Lift, is a cosmetic procedure that uses your own fat to enhance the size and shape of your buttocks. Fat is first removed from other areas of your body through liposuction, then purified and injected into your buttocks to create a more rounded, lifted, and sculpted appearance. While it can improve body proportions and confidence, the procedure carries risks, including fat embolism and infection, and requires a significant recovery period.
The plus size Nigerian singer and songwriter gained popularity for her hit songs ‘Case’, ‘Money’ and ‘Uyo meyo’. She has written songs for Afrobeat superstar Davido and the likes.
Teni said, speaking in pidgin language, “If no be say my shape don already figure 8, already before I even lose all the weight I want lose finish; walahi, I for go do BBL! E remain small make I go do BBL. Wetin remian make I go do BBL na like this”!

She advised that people should be very careful with their eating habits, for losing weight and maintaining shape is more difficult than gaining weight, “Na one like person dey chop chop, cho chop like say na thief. Gaining weight has become common amongst most people lately, some may be genetic or hereditary, but mainly eating habits and lifestyle plays a key role in maintaining shape.
