The Arde Nkpa family of James Town in Accra has cut sod for the commencement of construction works on a three-story ultra-modern residential building.
Head of family, Mr Daniel Nii Arde Tagoe, yesterday perform the sod-cutting ceremony amid jubilation.
The project is expected to cost approximately GH¢1.8 million.
The project, after completion is expected to give the Nii Arde Nkpa family home the much needed face-lift.
The building will contain 24 bedrooms, a spacious conference hall and library among other important facilities including a standby generator.
Mr. Nii Arde Tagoe stated that completion of the works will once more bring the smiles on the face of the Arde Nkpa family and restore some of their lost dignity.
