Visit To Pope Francis: Ghanaians Hail Bawumia For Religious Harmony

Many Ghanaians, particularly Roman Catholics, have praised Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for promoting more religious diversity following his recent visit to Pope Francis in the Vatican.

They have described Dr. Bawumia as a model of peace that the world can showcase to get rid of religious conflicts.

According to them, the Vice President’s constant visits to Christian leaders and appearances at church functions despite being a practicing Muslim is a roadmap of how all people can coexist peaceably irrespective of their religious differences.

Commenting on the Facebook page of the ‘Ghana Catholics Bishops’ Conference,’ Dr. Bawumia received incredibly high positive responses from many Ghanaians.
