The New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Chairman hopeful, Mr. Boakye Kyeremanteng Agyarko has concluded the first phase of his nationwide campaign tour in Greater Accra, marking the 16th region visited.
He met with constituency delegates across the Region with party unity as the central theme of the tour, urging grassroots members and delegates to focus on discipline, renewal, and internal cohesion to position the NPP for victory in the 2028 general election.
Mr. Agyarko indicated that his welfare policy will focus on training and empowering Party officers while providing the logistical and operational support they need to deliver. “Resources will be allocated according to constituency needs and released on time, not after the opportunity to make an impact has passed. Winning Greater Accra requires more than slogans. It demands local knowledge, capable officers, timely resources and constituency-specific strategies,” he reiterated.

The former Minister for Energy said his objective remains clear, winning back NPP’s lost parliamentary seats and build the electoral machinery required to make Dr Mahamudu Bawumia President after the next presidential election.
He demonstrated a firm understanding of Greater Accra’s demographic and geopolitical complexities, stressing that the NPP cannot win the presidency without performing strongly in the capital.
Mr. Agyarko noted that because constituencies differ in character and challenges, each requires a strategy tailored to its peculiar dynamics to win.
Mr. Agyarko expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Regional and Constituency Executives for the warm reception accorded to him and numerous endorsements for his candidacy.
