The National Chief Imam, Dr. Sheikh Osumanu Nuhu Sharubutu has offered a special prayer, calling on God to expand the businesses of the Jospong Group of Companies to help employ jobless youth within the various communities to earn a living since living conditions are hard without a job.

“There are many young people who are in various communities without jobs and my request to Allah is to expand Jospong to employ more people”, he indicated.

The National Chief Imam made this special prayer to Allah during a donation of undisclosed amount of cash, 20 bags of rice and several gallons of oil to support the Eid-ul-Fitr celebration.

The Chief Imam commended Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies(JGC) and owner of Zoomlion Ghana Limited for his regular support during Ramadan which goes a long way to feed needy Muslims who need the items to break their fast.

He said Zoomlion has been cleaning the various Zongo Communities and Jospong always dispatches his team to clean his community anytime the need arises.

The Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Jospong Group of Companies, Ms Sophia Nana Kudjorji who presented the items on behalf of the Executive Chairman expressed the group’s support towards Ramadan, which is climaxed with peace and happiness.

Madam Kudjorji hinted that waste management as one of the biggest business of the Jospong Group has been expanded to include waste recycling in all 16 regions of Ghana and will employ more youth.

The Jospong group also donated same items to the Ahmadiyya mission of Ghana at a different ceremony.
