Fuseini Mohamed Sadat Dagaali - NPP Tamale North Constituency Chairman Hopeful

Mr. Fuseini Mohamed Sadat Dagaali also known as Chairman Short, has promised to operate an open door policy when elected the Tamale North Constituency Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party next month.

The young astute politician and businessman has also promised to work closely with elders of the party among the relevant stakeholders which includes the youth.  

“To solicit the point of view of all stakeholders, delegates, youth groups and their leaders on how we can break the 8 and also win the Tamale North seat” he noted.

Sadat Dagaali has been the NPP Tamale North Constituency Youth Organizer for fours but lost to the current youth organizer of the party when he went for reelection in 2014.

However, this is the second time he is contesting to be elected the NPP constituency chairman after he failed to secure the people’s mandate in 2018.   

The former Youth Organizer has told THE CUSTODIAN in an exclusive interview that plans he is bringing to reinvigorate the spirit of unity in the party especially post-election crisis and to transform the youth since the NPP is still in government.

“I will be organizing annual conferences for delegates to present statement of accounts on our welfare accounts, thus what we received, spend and what we are expecting as a Constituency” he announced.

Youth empowerment

The Chairman Aspirant has also outlined his vision to empower the grassroot of the party to be productive and self-sufficient.

“I’m going to in collaborate with the youth employment agency to organize an entrepreneurship seminars and job fair programs periodically to enable the youth to grab job opportunities for the unemployed delegates and the grassroots in the party in our Constituency” he highlighted.

He mentioned the construction of a befitting constituency party office is also part of his priority list and promise to mobilize resources to build a suitable edifice for the day to day administrative affairs of the party before the 2024 general elections.

However, he disclosed, his personal office is about 94 percent complete and will be commissioned in the coming days before the constituency executive elections.
