Customers of several banks across Ghana have been experiencing disruptions in their operations due to a nationwide internet outage.

In a statement addressed to customers, Access Bank apologised for the inconvenience caused by the interruptions.

The disruption has affected various banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, and ATM transactions.

According to the statement, the undersea cable disruption has impacted data service providers nationwide, leading to the difficulties experienced by customers accessing banking platforms.

The bank assured customers it is working to resolve the issue and restore normal services as soon as possible.
