Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare preaching at Perez Chapel International

Former President John Dramani Mahama has congratulated Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare on the consecration of Bishop to an Archbishop of Perez Chapel International.

Bishop Agyin-Asare’s consecration came after his 60th birthday on March 22nd at the Perez Chapel International. The ceremony was attended by many international church leaders over the weekend at the Perez Dome.

“It is a magnificent double for my friend and brother, Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare, as he gets consecrated Archbishop of the Perez Chapel International just days after celebrating his 60th birthday”, former President Mahama wrote on his Facebook timeline.

The Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress( NDC) referred to how Bishop Agyin-Asare has been an inspirational leader from his humble beginnings in Tamale: “From your very early beginnings in Tamale, through your days of evangelisation across the country and planting the Perez Chapel (formerly (Word Miracle Church), to becoming one of the most inspiring spiritual leaders of our country, God has blessed and used you to bring hope to many homes”.

The Archbishiop has been in ministry for more than 30 years where he started with Word Miracle Church International which was changed to Perez Chapel International. He is the founder of Precious TV, Chancellor of the Perez University College and author of several books on Christianity.
