The National Women’s Organizer of NDC , Dr Louisa Hannah Bisiw is engrossed with desperation to seek re-election.

Hannah Bisiw is facing stiff rejection from Constituency & Regional women organizers of NDC after she abandoned her position to contest Tano South seat in Ahafo Region during 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Before she embarked on the decision to contest for Tano South seat, many National executives of NDC were of the view that she should have resigned.

Notable figure who disagreed with Hanner for going to Contest Tano South seat without resigning was George Opare Addo National Youth Organizer.

The Functional Executives of the party were sharply divided but Hannah insisted and went to contest for the parliamentary seat.
As a result of her decision, NDC Women’s wing lacked coordination and direction prior to 2020 elections. This development angered many Women organizers of the across country especially the Regional Women’s organizers. Apparently, Hannah has fallen out with 10 Regional Women’s organizers. Consequently, information gathered indicates that Hannah is sponsoring deputy women’s organizers against substantive Women’s organizers who she thinks are against her.

Additionally, Hannah has chosen her deputies before election itself scheduled to take place on 10th December.
Interacting with Women organizers in Sunyani, Accra and Kumasi, Hannah noted that her decision to contest to become an MP was approved by National Chairman & General secretary.

Hannah asked the Women’s organizers to vote for her and her preferred deputies. Some Women organizers who spoke to thecustodianghonline.com bemoaned that Hannah insulted their intelligence by choosing her deputies and imposing them on the Women’s organizers against their will.

After exonerating herself from blame for contesting for MP, Dr. Bisiw gave each women organizer 500 cedis each and presented them with Certificates. Theustodianonline.com learnt from the grapevine that the women organizers are very angry with Dr Bissiw and are resolved to vote her out on 10th December 2022.

The incumbent National Women’s Organizer is facing stiff contest from Margaret Ansei who is a former MCE for Suhum and NDC Parliamentary candidate in 2016 general election.

Maame Efua Sekyi Addo who is the first Deputy Women’s organizer will not seek re-election, Thecustodianonline.com has learnt Dr Bissiw has also chosen former MP for Sisaala East, ALIJATA SULEMANA GBENTIE to replace Maame Efua whom she did not work with.
