The Human Resource Department of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has been adjudged the Human Resource Team of the Year at the maiden edition of The HR Role Model Excellence Awards held at Alisa Hotel in Accra.
The prize was in recognition of the tireless work the Human Resource (HR) Department has done over the years, to ensure the NPA continues to attract the best materials for the petroleum downstream sector.
The National Petroleum Authority was established by an Act of Parliament (NPA Act 2005, ACT 691) to regulate the petroleum downstream industry in Ghana.
As a Regulator, the Authority ensures that the industry remains efficient, profitable, fair, and at the same time, ensuring that consumers receive value for money.
