Addressing the media after the swearing-in ceremony, Hon. Poku-Adusei stated that the Minority would hold the government to account, despite the NDC’s strong majority in Parliament. He emphasized the importance of a strong and united Minority caucus in ensuring that the government is transparent and accountable to the people.
“We will not shy away from our responsibility to scrutinize the government’s policies and actions,” Hon. Poku-Adusei stated. “We will hold them to their promises, starting with H.E. John Mahama’s 120-day social contract with Ghanaians.”
