Ghanaian actress and media personality Beverly Afaglo has reportedly passed on, according to information circulating on social media.
Her husband, Eugene Kwadwo Baah, popularly known as Choirmaster of the Hiplife group Praye, is said to have confirmed her passing in a heartfelt post online. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
In his emotional tribute, he described her as the foundation of his life and happiness, expressing deep sorrow over her sudden departure. He shared how difficult it was to accept her death, especially with her birthday just days away, and reflected on the joy and strength she brought into his life.
He further promised to honor their shared dreams and memories, stating that she would forever remain in his heart.
Reports also indicate that Praye Tietia, a member of the Praye group, confirmed that the actress had been unwell for several weeks, with hopes of recovery before her passing. The family is expected to release an official statement in due course.
Beverly Afaglo, born May 28, 1983, was known for her significant contributions to Ghana’s film industry, having starred in several popular productions over the years.
